Supplier Code of Conduct

This Supplier Code of Conduct Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") outlines the expectations and requirements for all suppliers, vendors, contractors, and other business partners (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Suppliers") engaged with Mold-Rite Plastics, LLC, d.b.a. MRP Solutions (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") regarding ethical business practices, sustainability, and respect for human rights. By entering into this Agreement, Suppliers agree to comply with the principles outlined herein.

 

1.         Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards relevant to their business operations, including but not limited to environmental regulations, labor laws, and human rights laws.

 

2.         Environmental Responsibility:

Suppliers are expected to minimize their environmental impact by:

  • Implementing practices to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas
  • Conserving natural resources and reducing waste
  • Adopting sustainable sourcing practices and minimizing the use of hazardous

 

3.         Social Responsibility:

Suppliers must uphold the following social responsibility principles:

  • Suppliers shall not employ individuals below the legal working age as defined by applicable laws and regulations and shall not engage in any form of forced or compulsory
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of race, gender, religion, or other
  • Provide fair and competitive wages, respect maximum working hour limits, grant employees the right to take legally mandated leaves and breaks and comply with all local labor

 

4.         Governance and Ethics:

Suppliers are expected to demonstrate high standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability in their business practices by:

  • Upholding ethical business conduct and avoiding conflicts of interest. Suppliers must disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest that may arise in their dealings with the
  • Implementing anti-bribery measures and complying with all applicable anti-corruption laws and Suppliers shall not offer, give, or receive bribes or kickbacks, directly or indirectly, in any form.
  • Exercising caution and discretion in providing or accepting gifts, entertainment, or other gratuities that could influence business decisions. Gifts and entertainment should be of nominal value and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Safeguarding the confidentiality and privacy of all proprietary and confidential information provided by the Company or obtained during the course of business dealings. Suppliers shall not disclose or misuse such information for any unauthorized

 

5.          Data Privacy:

Suppliers must adhere to strict data privacy and security standards when handling any personal or sensitive information provided by the Company. This includes compliance with relevant data protection laws and regulations and implementing appropriate measures to protect against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of data.

 

6.          Discrimination, Harassment, & Abuse:

Suppliers must maintain a work environment free from discrimination, harassment, and abuse. Discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited. Suppliers shall promptly investigate and address any complaints or allegations of discrimination, harassment, or abuse in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

 

7.          Health and Safety:

Suppliers are responsible for providing a safe and healthy work environment for their employees, contractors, and visitors. This includes complying with all relevant health and safety laws and regulations, identifying and mitigating workplace hazards, and providing necessary training and protective equipment to prevent accidents and injuries.

 

8.          Legal and Regulatory Compliance Practices:

Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards relevant to their business operations. This includes but is not limited to labor laws, environmental regulations, product safety standards, and export controls. Suppliers shall maintain accurate records and documentation to demonstrate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

 

 

9.          Acknowledgment:

By signing below, the Supplier acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the principles and requirements outlined in this Supplier Code of Conduct Agreement.
